Well that didn't go very well - finished the survey instructions and then back to work so no time to sort out sending out the instructions and updated survey.  Very tired in evenings especially since the clocks have gone back. 

Problems with SUNET now appearing in Swedish overall except for my surveys but no good having to keep translating what the headings mean so I can work with my surveys...

Now having another health issue - twisted slightly when getting up from the settee at about 08.25 on Wed morning...  eina, eina !!  resulted in trying to work from home on Wednesday then throwing in the towel yesterday and today.  Particularly sore yesterday despite painkillers - 400mcg ibuprofen + 200mg paracetamol + codeine...  lovely cocktail and then to make matters worse could hardly move in bed as on rhs the pain was so intense giving me spasms each time I moved.  

This morning also bad but dosed again and feeling a tad better - can also see the bruises coming out...  so trying to stay on top of the pain...  

So not much mileage again with my thesis...
